Randstad USA Looking for Connected Services Business Development Manager at Blythewood, SC(remote) Full Time

Overseeing the Division’s Digital Hub team, you will primarily lead activities to promote (internally to Dvision Operation companies, and externally to the customers), implement, and capture VOC on new digitally enhanced solutions and services. This includes a) leveraging Connected Services for steam system and asset performance, reliability and optimisation aligned to the customer’s strategy and business, and b) leveraging portals and apps for an improved customer experience.

You will represent the customer and Division’s Operating Companies to the Digital Stratedgy and Services team, ultimately integrating the digital value chains of Steam Specialties and the customers, helping to deliver sustainable long-term growth and maximised profit by establishing customer dependency on the value provided.

You role is key to the development of Connected / Digital capability within the Division whilst being responsible for working bi-directionally with the Digital team to drive global best practices and learnings.

responsibilities:

• Promotion delivery, management of development of customer solutions leveraging IoT based Connected Services for the optimization of steam systems and assets aligned to customers priorities for their process.
• Generate and convert awareness of digitally enhanced offerings into customer adoption and monetization
• Customer and Operating Company implementation and satisfaction of digitaly enhanced offerings
• Support product development with market insight and feedback to drive continuous innovation of the digital offerings
• Sales acceleration by training, coacthing and guiding sales teams to close deals incorporating digitally enhanced services
• Maximizing value capture by creating plans for synergy of PSSO value propositions and the seamless integration of value chains with customers to create a frictionless customer experience, whilst driving self-generative growth.
• Managing GTM partners including 3rd party service providers and systems integrators
• Leader in understanding near-term, tactical trends to drive customer adoption in line with market needs
• Manage plan to maximize success moving from pilots to scaling and full global rollout of our digital offerings
