In this role you will oversee full cycle recruitment activities, including but not limited to: meeting with department managers to discuss openings, posting positions on online job boards, direct sourcing, pre screening and interviewing candidates, creating offer letters, and other related tasks. You will also assist with general human resource activities including performance management, coachings, investigations, performance reviews, and other related tasks. There will be some infrequent travel to career and job fairs.
