YOUR LIFE AS A HEAD OF DIGITAL MARKETING / DIRECTOR OF GROWTH

As a Head of Digital Marketing / Director of Growth, you lead a small team and play a vital role in our success. Reporting directly to the CEO, you take the lead in accelerating our company’s growth. To achieve that end, you collaborate with your team to develop strategies for increased user acquisition, monetization, and engagement with our platforms. As part of these strategies, you set the direction and oversee the execution of our multi-million-dollar digital media spend, which includes Facebook, Google, and others. You also devise ways to optimize our existing marketing sources and find new ones.
Another of your responsibilities is to oversee engagement with our large user base, which is done through email and push notifications by way of our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Keeping our audience in mind, you set the CRM strategy and manage relationships with our third-party providers. You also lay out the roadmap for our proprietary monetization platform. A team player, you partner with other company leaders and employees to develop tools that lead to more effective marketing, increased advertising, and heightened client success. As you do so, you enjoy the rapport you build with your fellow employees and the opportunity to work from home. You also love the challenge that each new day brings.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Experience with digital products that have ad-based revenue would be a plus. A strong understanding of technical requirements and functionality would also be a bonus.
