R Social on Main Looking for Server/Bartender at ROGERS, MN Full Time

We are looking for individuals to join our R Social opening team as servers and bartenders! You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences.

Server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude.

We are also in need of world class bartenders that know their way around a bar. We host a sensational libation and brew bar, so we have our work cut out for us.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, serve food and drinks along with creating a one of a kind experience
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to recipe specs
• Present bar menus with confidence and have the ability to answer questions with assertive drink knowledge
• Conform to responsible alcohol service standards
• Have a salesperson personality
• Stay guest focused and maintain legendary service
• Comply with all food and beverage proprietary, city, and state regulations
