Logistics Administration Analyst Position Summary

The Logisticst Administration Analyst ensures all invoicing is processed following A&R Logistics and/or Customer guidelines. Maintain strict verification process to ensure operations activities in the warehouse and rail are done accurately and timely for proper billing to our customer. Update the warehouse management system’s contracts, items, customer codes and work closely with safety regarding SDS documentation. Communicate effectively with Sales to ensure rates and contracts are updated accordingly.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

This job includes the following duties and any other as assigned by current manager:

• Verify all services provided are included on the invoice at the appropriate rate.
• Assist in resolving customer disputes regarding billing.
• Conduct weekly audits to ensure billing is accurate and complete.
• Support Billing personnel with month end billing according to A&R guidelines.
• Research & resolve invoices short paid or re-bill necessary transactions.
• Provide assistance to Operations regarding daily transactions regarding billing needs.
• Identify & follow-through on any completed inbounds/packaging work orders that cannot be billed due to missing rate information.
• Work closely with Customer Service to ensure accurate order entry for proper billing to generate.
• Maintain contract drive has current rates for all departments.

Requirements

Minimum requirements

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Capable of maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to deal effectively with people.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Self -motivated and able to work with little direction while under general supervision.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Accountability for areas of responsibility.

Preferences

• 2-3 years in logistics, warehousing, finance, billing
• Accounting experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
