We Are Hiring:

Medical Technologist or MLT – Waukesha – 0.7 FTE, 1st/2nd shift

ProHealth Care offers a system-wide laboratory operation with core hospital labs at Waukesha Memorial and Oconomowoc Memorial as well as two clinic-based laboratory sites in Waukesha County. The laboratory performs over 8 million tests annually.

Our Lab services operate state of the art facilities and include clinical testing in the areas of Histology, Cytology, Hematology, Coagulation, Clinical Chemistry, Urinalysis, Immunoassay, Microbiology, Transfusion service, EIA, and Molecular Biology. ProHealth Care offers a vibrant outreach program, providing laboratory testing to numerous specialty hospitals, physician offices, nursing home, and assisted living facilities. Our Pathologists and PhDs work closely with lab employees to monitor quality, as well as identify, access, and implement new technology. The Laboratory has certification and accreditation through the College of American Pathologists (CAP), American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA).

Schedule Details: $5,000 Sign on Bonus!
This position is a split 1st/2nd shift Position. Week day hours are on 1st shift and have start times varying between 0600-0800 depending on assignment. Current weekend rotation is every other weekend and Monday on 2nd shift, varying start times between 1430-1500 but may vary based on business need. Holidays are as needed. This position primarily works in hematology, coagulation and urinalysis, but cross training to another area or the Pewaukee lab is available. This position may also be trained in assisting with bone marrow collections in an inpatient/outpatient setting.
