One of the best healthcare organizations of Massachusetts located in Burlington, MA is currently in need of a lot of Adult Direct Care Workers to join their growing teamThey work with adults to connect them with an array of employment and day program supports, community living and other residential aid, and family supportYou will be responsible for supporting the clients who are unable to perform routine daily activities without assistance

Adult Direct Care Worker Responsibilities:

Monitoring the physical, mental, and emotional conditions of clientsPerforming personal hygiene care and housekeeping duties
• Administering medicine and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Assisting clients from their beds into chairs or wheelchairs, and back
• Accompanying clients on trips, such as medical appointments

Adult Direct Care Worker Qualifications:

CPR and First Aid certificationCaregiving experience with adults is highly preferred
• Applicants must pass the Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification
• Dependable, reliable, and caringMust have weekend availability
