The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly-skilled Network Engineer to help drive innovation and transformation for our global enterprise network! The Ideal Candidate
Qualified candidates should have at least 5+ years of network design and implementation experience, working across a wide range of telecommunication technologies and services including LAN, WAN, Security, Wireless, SDWAN, Remote Access, Microsoft Teams, Voice and Cloud connectivity. Additionally, you must also exhibit strong professional skills including communications, self-motivation, adaptable, and dependable.

As the L3 Network Operations Engineer you will:

• Provide Third Level Network Incident Management via an on-call rotation for incident tickets with a primary focus on service restoration.
• Provide technical guidance for Critical Incident (Crisis Team) conference calls.
• Identify required resources beyond telecommunications.
• Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers for identified root causes for chronic incidents such as hardware, software, firmware bugs, or misconfigurations.
• Collaborate closely with peer IT organizations helping to influence, guide, and direct technical outcomes, ensuring mutual operational alignment.
• Be the highest escalation points for critical and/or chronic incidents, provide subject matter leadership to L2 Operations, helping to restore service.
• Catalyst in the definition and creation of new tools and automation capabilities, driving software-defined capabilities that improve outcomes, minimize risk, and promote agility.
