PremiumONE Realty, one of NJ’s fastest growing real-estate brokerages, is looking for a flexible and versatile professional who will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing and branding strategy.

The role will involve managing the day-to-day marketing, advertising and promotional activities, and long term marketing strategy.

• Create and monitor advertisement campaigns across all channels: Print and Social Media
• Content creation and publication of all marketing material including E-Newsletters and Blogs
• Identify key networking events, bloggers and influencers to collaborate

Please note that this is full-time job with generous pay (and performance based bonus) but no benefits. The company is open to candidates looking to start part-time as long as they have a clear plan to convert to full-time later.

Skills

• 4+ Years of Experience in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and concepts
• Creative thinker and have an eye for design
• Interest in content creation
• Excellent writing skills
• Some technical and maintenance abilities in webpage development
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Interest in Real Estate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
