One of our companies, Portland Leather Goods, is doubling in size each year. The products are simple, made from the best materials and fantastically priced! The real excitement is our new company Patina that we just launched in June! We introduced Patina to the world with our high end-leather shoes made by the most skilled artisans in the world. However it won’t stop there! We plan to create a lifestyle brand and expand Patina’s offerings with jewelry, clothing and other lines. The possibilities are limitless!

That is why you are reading this, because we need you to help our team with solving box sizing issues, barcoding, and international logistics. We would like you to have at least two years experience with Google Suite and/ or Microsoft Office and be adaptable to our informational management systems. This position may require very limited travel to our third party fulfillment center in Texas, as well as our Studio in Mexico. Almost all of our team does more than what is asked or listed, here is a list of some key tasks of this position.

- Troubleshoot importing and exporting as issues arise
- Communicate with vendors on pack lists, palletizing, and barcodes in SKU
- Create SOP’s, ensure compliance with multiple vendors / factories, and initiate best practices
- Act as a liaison between our Portland workshop and our Studio in Mexico
- Work closely with Analytics and Marketing on key initiatives and product/brand strategies
- Experience with Shopify will give you bonus points!
