Who We Need

A proactive and organized individual to provide essential administrative and project management support to our cohort of growing venture teams. The Venture Staffing Administrator partners with team leads to manage resource allocation, project timelines, and the resource management tool, providing administrative support when needed and acting as a source of growth and development for the team as a whole.

What You’ll Deliver

• Daily administrative support, as needed, to our venture and office leads.
• Manage the overall implementation and regular upkeep of our resource management tool.
• Support and manage project timelines, alongside venture and office leads.
• Develop a rewarding and mutually beneficial partnership with talent acquisition specialists.
• Provide scheduling support as needed across complex project timelines.
• Ensure that hiring priorities are up to date and that recruiting processes are seamless, consistently delivering a positive experience to candidates and recruiters from end-to-end of the hiring process.

What You Bring

• A proven experience as a successful executive assistant, HR administrator, or project / resource manager in a fast-growing company.
• Expert-level organization, prioritization, and time management skills
• A proven willingness to jump in and support where support is needed, demonstrating a consistent track record of rolling up your sleeves and doing the work.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to use these skills for your team’s benefit as a whole.
• An eye for detail at every level.
• Familiarity with the startup world and its ways of working, including comfort with a fast-paced work environment and ambiguity.

What We Require

• 2-3+ years of related work experience.
• Experience supporting teams in a way that fosters growth and builds success.
• Exceptional people skills and the demonstrated ability to gain confidence, build rapport, and drive consensus with team members.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, G Suite, QuickBooks and calendaring skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience working at a startup.
