Pomeroy Technologies, LLC. Looking for PC Technician at Cleveland, OH Full Time

Pomeroy is currently seeking a PC Technician in Cleveland, OH for a 12 month contract with potential to extend or convert to hire.

Responsibilities:

• Using pre-existing images to image PCs
• Install special software not included with images
• Manage hardware inventory related to PC/Printer support
• Some printer support, mostly drivers, connections.
• Configure and install a broad range of new and used computer equipment and peripherals
• Troubleshoot an assortment of technical issues with the assistance of peers and vendors

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in a technical discipline, applicable certification. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education or certification
• 1+ year experience working in a technical operating capacity or experience focusing on PC applications and hardware
• Requires a customer service mindset and professionalism throughout all interactions with the users
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft operating systems
• Knowledge of various network environments (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to function in a multi-tasking environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of colleagues from top management to new hires
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
