PLR / TEWH Looking for Digital Marketing and Sales – Embroidery Equipment at Fort Worth, TX Full Time

We are a company that sells commercial embroidery equipment www.tewh.com. We are looking for someone who can help with our Digital Marketing and sales, focusing on company videos, social media, etc

Hourly plus Commissions and Bonuses

Pay starts at $16/hr after training and initiation period. With quotas and hourly schedule met, expect ~$790 and if exceeded ~$1200 weekly.

Commission rates of 0.5% for 1 machine sale/week, 1% for 2 machines sale/week, 1.75% for 3 machines sale/week, 2% for 4+ machines sale/week, plus hourly.

Sales range from $5k – $25k on average per sale. $150 – $600 commission weekly on average when quotas met or beat plus hourly rate.

Average sales 2-6 machine week. Quota starting at 2 machines a week average minimum.

Minimum quotas must be met weekly. Lack thereof may result in termination of employment.

9am-6pm M-F. 1 hour lunch. Sales reps are expected to be in their desk by 9am and not to leave till 6pm besides breaks. Walk ins may come in at any hours.

Embroidery Machine Marketing

Task include but not limited to:

-Creating Sales, Marketing, Support and Training videos

-Creating promotional videos for new inventory, etc

-Setting up digital marketing plans

-Overseeing online inventory, general web design, and web design and communicating that with our web developers

-Working with editor to help with graphic design and video editing as well as web developer.

Embroidery Machine Sales

Task include but not limited to:

-Sales calls inbound and outbound. Phone calls and PERSONAL 1-on-1 interaction, support, and service with the customer are the most important aspects to this position

-Managing CRM

-Planning Mass Mails

-Live 1-1 Machine demos
-Video (remote) 1-1 Machine demos

-Working with accounting to get invoices and estimates processed.

-Managing Face book and Live Chats sessions
-Emailing customers with sales and technical info

-Taking phone orders

-Help with marketing. Open houses, etc.

-Helping with promo and sales videos

-Helping setup and organize trade shows

-Support, Training, Technical videos.

-Basic level of tier 1 after sales support

-Able to run machines in and out (training provided)

-Basic training for customers.

-Must be able to meet quotas

-Run Credit Applications

-Carry Company Cell phone

Pay: $38,750.00 – $60,000.00 per year
