Piedmont Medical Center looking for RN-Med Surg FT Days at Rock Hill, South Carolina Full Time

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Resource team Med surge RN’s float to Medsurg and progressive level floors at Rock Hill and Fort Mill. Occasionally made take care of patients who are holding in the ER or may staff are transition unit for patients who are holding or being discharged. Units covered: Rock Hill- CV Tele, PCU, Obs, Oncology, Ortho, Medsurg. Fort Mill PCU and Medsurg.

Resource Teammates deliver flexible staffing support to units across the Piedmont Market (Rock Hill, Fort Mill and Gold Hill-ED) within their service line (ED, Medsurg, ICU, Behavior Health, Women’s, Constant Care Observers, Nurse Techs, Respiratory Therapist, or LPN). Experience Requirements:

• RNs must have 1-2 years of recent experience in the service line of interest.
• LPN, CCO, NT may come with no experience, however experience is preferred.
