Solidly established, Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced professional to join its Learning & Development Team as an Instructional Designer & Facilitator. In this role, he/she will have a chance to collaborate extensively with other members of the innovation-focused L&D Team and a broad range of other groups across the firm.
Currently a hybrid work model Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays is currently in place. U.S. employees must be fully vaccinated unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption.

Responsibilities Overview
You will design, revamp, and facilitate new and established learning offerings spanning a range of approaches (e.g., case-based, online simulations, group coaching, written toolkits) to support a diverse cross-section of staff at varying levels of seniority. Learning content maps to specific skills and behaviors relevant across roles, such as decision-making, collaboration, and time management. Learning approaches are highly bespoke, including case-based workshops, online simulations, group coaching, written toolkits, and more. You will work with internal and external experts to develop customized programming, skillfully facilitate learning programs, create educational materials to support learning, determine program structure and communication strategy, and measure impact. The work will involve close collaboration with colleagues on the L&D team, business stakeholders, and external vendors and partners.
