Solidly established, Global FinTech Firm is looking for a human resource professional to join its team as a Business Partner to help support their Systems, Legal & Compliance, and Finance and Operations Groups. In this role, he/she will work closely with internal stakeholders on all matters related to people strategy and collaborate with the broader Human Resource Group to deliver customized talent solutions to their respective business units across the firm.
Currently a hybrid work model Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays is currently in place. U.S. employees must be fully vaccinated unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption.

Responsibility Overview
You will drive Human Resources Strategy and have Business Partner responsibility for groups within the firm’s technology and corporate functions areas. You will also provide advice and guidance to managers and their teams; support performance, development, and feedback processes; help drive career path strategies; and work on various Human Resource goals, processes, and initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing the firm’s rotational associates’ program.
