PetDine, LLC Looking for Marketing Coordinator at Fort Collins, CO Full Time

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support current B2B and Account-Based Marketing tactics while building new campaigns, automation, and support for our growing sales team. You will play a pivotal role, working in tandem with our sales team, to identify opportunities, using marketing data and intelligence, for growth within current key accounts and then build and execute campaigns to capitalize. From building product presentations, to direct mail campaigns, you will be able to use your creative ability to find the best channels for account growth.

As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the sales team through strategy, execution, and alignment of key revenue-generating actions with combined company goals. Under the supervision of the Director of Marketing, you will build analytical reports, presentations, and account KPIs that will be aligned with company goals and be presented to c-level leadership. The right person seeks responsibility and accountability for the strategy and implementation of effective marketing programs that meet the growth objectives of the business, with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation exclusively from a top target account list and accelerating existing opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate, build and execute marketing plans for specified sales accounts and contacts on a 1:1 basis that focus on accelerating existing opportunities

• Develop and execute ABM strategies across the portfolio targeting high capacity growth areas, account identification, and key demand generation channels.

• Nurture key account groups with intentional messaging to drive account opportunities

• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build innovative strategies.

• Define and build ABM KPIs to measure success, growth, and engagement.

• Maintain and communicate ABM strategies and execution planning with internal stakeholders

• Develop and manage our CRM platform, Insightly/SalesForce, building an enterprise marketing playbook to ensure data collection and retention

• Collaborate and partner with core marketing and sales teams on campaign concept, content, and execution to ensure effectiveness across our portfolio.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and personalize high-level messaging, anchor and supporting content, and nurture assets.

• Build and maintain sales enablement materials and catalog supporting the entire product portfolio.

• Measure the success of your account-based marketing programs from an account, pipeline and marketing investment perspective

• Ensure ABM campaigns reflect current business priorities, messaging, and goals.

• Research and recommend account targets, messaging, and content to generate pipeline/opportunities for sales.

• Leverage CRM to harvest intent data to help inform marketing campaigns and enable sales and partners to prioritize outreach

• Collaborate with the sales, product, and customer teams regarding new and planned marketing activities.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of marketing experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Insightly/SalesForce)

• Knowledge in marketing analytics, reporting, and leveraging account-based intent data

• Strong interpersonal skills are a must. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.

• Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.

• Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English, or public relations
