Job Summary

BioLegend’s Summer Internship Program is a 10-12-week experience intended to offer aspiring biotech professionals a meaningful, comprehensive understanding of the biotechnology industry sector at one of the world’s leading producers of antibodies and reagent content development.
The program will run June 20-September 6th (depending on individual’s University Academic Calendar)
This internship will be an on-site role at BioLegend Inc., in San Diego, CA. All selected interns will be required to obtain their own housing, travel, and transportation accommodations for the full duration of the internship program.
Internship Summary
This internship for the Bioassay team offers the opportunity to participate in the development and contribution to the optimization and validation of new bioassays. This position offers a significant opportunity for learning product development and career growth in the biotechnology industry.

Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience
The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work at BioLegend in San Diego, California is $ 21 to $24 (hourly). The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. BioLegend is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a laboratory environment with occasional data entry on a computer. Occasional exposure to a warehouse environment.
