A well-established MEP engineering firm located in Towson, MD is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. 8+ years of experience required. Duties include: proposal preparation, CRM database management and maintenance, projects and staff photography, preparation of general marketing materials, and ongoing outreach to and coordination with clients and subconsultants in addition to other general office duties as assigned. The position is responsible for maintaining good and responsive client relationships on a firm wide basis. Responsibilities: Utilize Microsoft Office products, Adobe InDesign, Deltek, and other industry software; Populate and maintain relevant data into CRM (Deltek) system; Manage proposal development including formatting, design, production, and filing; Develop, edit, and write marketing materials; Execute photo shoots with employees and client projects; Create monthly email blasts geared towards specific clients and/or market sectors; Manage website initiatives such as news story cultivation; Develop and maintain the firm’s digital presence with emphasis on social media and news/publication outlets.
