This associate HRBP will partner with Sr. Manager/HRBP in supporting the multi-site organization to drive HR initiatives, including talent management and planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation, diversity initiatives, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Serve as the point person for fulfilling day-to-day HR inquiries.
Support change management programs and initiatives
Partner with HRBP to deliver HR projects, programs, and initiatives including the development of and support the execution of talent strategy and goals.
Lead in the development and implementation of employee engagement Provide support to clients on employees relations and other related issues in conjunction with more senior HR Business Partners
Analyze key talent metrics and data to identify workforce trends and create executive reporting materials to deliver to leaders to make informed decisions regarding talent strategy
Support talent management initiatives including talent assessments and individual development.
Perform analysis to address relevant business needs, or work with business partners to obtain the required information
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required or 3 years working in Human Resources.
Demonstrated experience in prioritizing the workload, balancing multiple projects, and working across multiple deadlines.
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and to span organizational boundaries
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership for work
Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a timely fashion
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Must be willing and able to travel 5% of the time to other Anaheim and Long Beach
