Pattern is seeking a game-changing storyteller, content data fanatic, and passionate, energetic Content Marketing Manager. The Content Marketing Manager will develop and publish content across all media, and deliver on individual and team KPIs, narratives, projects, and analytics. They will be an expert in all content media types including blogs, whitepapers/eBooks, email, one sheeter, podcasts, and video.
The Content Marketing Manager’s mission is to develop high-impact content messages and experiences that resonate with Pattern’s target audience. The outcome of the content created will be increased engagement that moves prospects from clicks to Customers and from Customers to Ambassadors.

What is a day in the life of a Content Marketing Manager?
- Build, own, and optimize Pattern’s content marketing concepts and execution
- Contribute to KPIs, and full funnel report suite (dashboards/reports)
- Prioritize, organize, and execute monthly content marketing campaigns and projects to build Pattern’s brand thought leadership and velocity of sales-accepted pipeline dollars

- Ability to build and leverage marketing analytics tools to generate real-time reports and dashboards
- Track record of both organic and paid content distribution models through all digital marketing channels
- Knowledgeable in email marketing strategies and execution for both branded newsletters and nurturing drip campaigns
- Expert in social media best practices and ability to build followers and distribute content through the following channels: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram
- Ability to build a global content calendar, collaborate with key stakeholders, and optimize it for funnel impact
- BA in Marketing or Digital Advertising
