Parker in Mauston, WI is looking to add two Manufacturing Engineers to our team.
The Manufacturing Engineer will develop and evaluate new processes and improve current process capability, efficiency, and overall productivity in all areas of manufacturing on new and existing products in support of the Corporate WIN Strategy. Will also be responsible for designing of tools, fixtures, and gauges, and determination of process parameters to achieve desired production goals and quality standards.

Scope/ Supervision and Interaction:
Must have ability to deal with people at a cross-functional level. Position requires ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form to present information and respond to inquiries from employees, customers, and suppliers.

Ability to work on a variety of technical problems where analysis of the situation or data requires thorough identification of factors and analysis of impact.
Ability to effectively listen, communicate, and present information to team members, team leaders, and management
