Paragon Development Systems Looking for Jr. Systems Engineer at Madison, WI Full Time

The ideal Jr. Systems Engineer will possess at least 2 years of IT Experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration) and should have the following qualifications: 6 month + opportunity.

• End User Support / Desktop Support: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop, and mobile device troubleshooting
• Setup new users, including requirement analysis, provisioning, installation, training, etc.
• Assist with the configuration, implementation, and support of client’s networks and internet protocols
• Cloud experience in any cloud platform preferably Azure and/or Office 365
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, responsibility, and follow-through
• Support of primarily Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD)
• Systems Administration: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms as well as Active Directory, Group Policy
• Basic understanding of networking and firewall concepts including Internet Protocol addressing and subnets.

• Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical users or stakeholders
• Prior help desk and/or technical support experience is a plus

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $49.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
