Responsibilities:

• Coverage area: The Woodlands and surrounding areas
• “Pavement pounding” marketing — i.e. visit Physicians’ Offices and build relationships, educate them about PAD — the signs & symptoms, the indications for appropriate referral
• Specialties of interest: Wound Care, Podiatry, Pain, PCP, Pain, Endocrine — these specialties see PAD patient populations
• Increase awareness of PAD in the community, be a brand ambassador for PAD Specialists, drive appropriate referrals to PAD Specialists
• Business networking, to identify and cultivate business relationships that result in improved care for more patients in the community

Required Qualifications:

• Professional LinkedIn profile, professional appearance
• An A+ customer service-oriented attitude is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Excellent in developing and maintaining effective relationships with providers, staff, and the community.
• Tech savviness

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare marketing experience
• Clinical knowledge is a plus
• Existing knowledge of and relationships with local Wound Care Doctors and Podiatrists are a big plus.
• MBA > MHA > Bachelor’s > Associate’s — are a plus but not required.
• Experience with an EMR system and Google Workspace

Pay Rate: Starting range is $63,000-$72,000 per year, depending on experience, negotiable for proven star performers. With bonuses, take-home pay potential is $100,000+.

Additional Requirements: All positions begin with a 60-day Compatibility Period, which will be elaborated on early during the hiring process. PAD Specialists is a smoke free and drug free work place. Therefore, mandatory drug screens and background checks are made prior and during employment.

Benefits including health and life insurance, 2 weeks PTO + paid federal holidays. Hours are mostly Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, although there will be some early and late days. An occasional weekend day may be asked of you. Some travel between facilities may also be asked of you.
