The HRIS Analyst (Workday) will support and manage Ownbackup’s People Technology. This person will play a key role in OwnBackup’s Workday day-to-day and optimization processes. This position will report to the Manager, People Technology and have the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders across the organization, assisting in our pursuit of operational excellence.The ideal candidate will have participated in a Workday implementation and supported postproduction administrative support across multiple functional areas. This individual has an inherent ability to learn on the fly and a desire to understand and operationalize all areas of HR.

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
The base salary hiring range for this position is $64,800 to $94,200. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon various factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, scope of the role, and location.
