The HRIS Analyst (Workday) will support and manage Ownbackup’s People Technology. This person will play a key role in OwnBackup’s Workday day-to-day and optimization processes. This position will report to the Manager, People Technology and have the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders across the organization, assisting in our pursuit of operational excellence.The ideal candidate will have participated in a Workday implementation and supported postproduction administrative support across multiple functional areas. This individual has an inherent ability to learn on the fly and a desire to understand and operationalize all areas of HR.

Your Day-to-Day Role

• Document and support production inquiries, meeting business and customer needs.
• System and process analysis, identifying and recommending improvements to existing practices.
• Passive and continuous monitoring of integrations, ensuring schedule and error resolution is prioritized and communicated with stakeholders.
• Identifying and delivering reporting to meet business, customer and compliance requirements.
• Leveraging and supporting mass operation management.
• Partnering with the operations team to identify and optimize operational experience.
• Supports end-to-end delivery of biannual Workday releases (research, identification, optimization, testing, deployment, post- production regression).
• Analyzes, recommends and delivers new system functionality and enhancements.
• Coordinates functionality changes with internal and external vendors including test plans, unit testing, and functional acceptability signoff.
• Continuous improvement through the integration and automatization of systems and processes with Workday as a system of record.

Your Work Experience

• 1-3 years hands on years’ experience in Workday with business analysis, design, configuration, security, testing, and implementation.
• Workday Pro Preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, MIS or related area.
• Experience supporting HR process, policy, and compliance needs

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $64,800 to $94,200. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon various factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, scope of the role, and location.
