Overture Partners Looking for Sr. HR Reporting Analyst at Remote, MA Full Time

Opportunity Overview :

• Accountable for leading reporting and data analytics in collaboration with Finance team.
• Design, document and implement the process for collecting data surrounding FTE impacts/changes from HRBPs
• Leads training sessions to ensure processes are understood
• Acts as liaison between various departments
• Design, document & implement the process for compiling all data received from relevant project stakeholder.
•  Performs quality checks and determine where there are gaps
• Validate and fix data in partnership with team
• Provide clean, compiled file to Finance for reporting
• Automate the splitting of this file back into individual files for HRBPs
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data privacy and security throughout

Qualifications & Required skills:

• Advanced attention to detail, strong technical skills (i.e., Excel, Python, SQL), and the ability to interface with leaders in Finance, HR and the business.
• Minimum of 5 years in Finance/HR/Accounting Reporting
• Advanced excel (e.g., macros, VBA)
• Fluency in at least one coding language (e.g., Phython, R)
• Advanced SQL skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Proven expertise improving processes

Work location and Additional Info:

Fully remote role, candidates must have ability to work working eastern standard time zone.
