The recruitment will be used to fill one part-time (not to exceed 20 hours per week) Student Clerical position for the Center for Teaching and Learning at Oregon State University (OSU).
The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) is an academic unit that facilitates workshops and presentations for the purpose of providing instructional support for teachers and graduate assistants in college departments across campus.
Position Duties
This position will provide support in creating, preparing and maintaining materials (folders, handouts, flyers, promotional materials, supplies, etc.) for physical and digital distribution, workshops, and presentations.
Candidates will need to become aware of OSU marketing guidelines and be comfortable producing content in-line with university marketing and branding policies.

Additional Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated communication skills in written, oral, and listening
- Possess organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Comfort using: Microsoft Office Suite and social media
- Experience in creating marketing content
Preferred (Special) Qualifications
- Familiarity with marketing/design software (i.e. Canva) for the creation of marketing materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, etc.
- We strongly encourage applicants with backgrounds in marketing, including those pursing a degree in Marketing
