A BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for Lean efforts throughout the Orchid Lansing facility to achieve high levels of performance. Goals include reducing manufacturing lead-times, improving inventory turns, improving 5S, reducing setup times, improving on-time delivery, and improving productivity.
