Summary

• Partner with Marketing leadership on the development, execution, management, and measurement of marketing programs for a line of business stakeholders across the credit union.
• Manage our project management tool to ensure projects and tasks are started, prioritized, and completed by set deadlines.
• Communicate project updates on a consistent basis (weekly) to various stakeholders about adjustments, priorities, and progress.
• Research vendor options/costs for various types of projects.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
• Develop media trafficking calendar to work closely with the content team and stay close to deliverables.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Work closely with the creative team to ensure communication is clear for content and design executions.
• Approve media and marketing department invoices and work closely with accounting and vendors to ensure payment is delivered in a timely manner.
• Manage relationship with Risk for vendor management regarding marketing contracts from the start and end of all assigned contracts.
• Work with the VP Brand and Acquisition on contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Traffic digital and print advertising to media partners.
• Assign tasks to support line of business project plans, advertising assets, e-marketing materials, web content, digital merchandising screens, direct mail pieces, internal messaging to business partners, event marketing materials, and other marketing strategies as needed
• Ensure quality assurance on all marketing projects prior to stakeholder approvals
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Build internal relationships with lines of business in the Credit Union.
• Report and escalate project obstacles to management as needed.
• Track results, execute ROI analyses, and conduct program debriefs for digital marketing campaigns to determine successes and identify opportunities and room for improvement for future programs with Marketing leadership team.
• Travel to branch locations to assist with branch marketing plans as needed.
• Partner with Risk department on disclosures and ensure compliance with credit union policies as well as federal and state rules and regulations are applied to all Marketing materials.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all credit union account types, rates and credit union services offered; remain current on industry issues impacting members by regularly reviewing Credit Union National Association (CUNA) and National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) websites.

Education

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of similar or related experience and traditional marketing experience required
• Equivalent job-related work experience
• Experience with project management platforms/tools and office suite software required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Advertising, Marketing, or PR agency experience preferred
• Understanding of design, print, digital, video, and other marketing material deliverables preferred

• Experience user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High level of proficiency in Excel is a plus
