Sales Ambassador Healthcare IT
Job Summary
A Sales Ambassador / Healthcare IT (A Super Star in Sales), you will initialize and manage relationships with potential customers, and serve as their point of contact from initial outreach through final purchase. You will be responsible for demonstrating software capabilities and recognizing the “best fit” for end users.
Primary Responsibilities
· Recognize the needs of the Payer, Provider or other Healthcare Stakeholder and provide detailed information to them about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company.
· Make cold calls to potential customers.
· Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate software.
· Negotiate price for the sale.
· Provide technical support after merchandise is purchased.
· Construct sales pitches and presentations.
· Travel to areas where needs are projected.
· Stay abreast of market trends.
· Demonstrate product features before a sale.
· Negotiate a commercial agreement.
· Help customers maximize the use of software features.
· Advise on appropriate user training.
· Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers’ systems and processes.
Requirements:
· Must have Experience in Selling Healthcare IT to Payers, Provider Organizations, TPAs, and or other Stakeholders
· Knowledge of managed care and or value-based care
· Knowledge of population pealth
· Associates degree, preferred
· Travel 100%
· 3-5 years’ sales experience
· Strong Sales and Negotiation experience
· Strong in Business Development
Salary: Base + Commission (DOE)
