The Nursa marketplace connects healthcare clinicians and healthcare facilities to fill per diem and on-call shifts, increasing access and transparency to the $17 billion temporary nurse staffing industry. Facilities post their last minute and per diem shifts on the platform; clinician users request to work these shifts based on their availability and the facility will review and hire the clinician based on the credentials and experience in their profile. This is a fast and streamlined process, all done within our Nursa app.
By showing clinicians local RN, LPN, and CNA jobs in realtime we help clinicians eliminate the headache associated with finding high paying work, while giving them the flexibility to work based on their schedule.

The Role
Nursa is a young, fast growing company, on the forefront of medical staffing technology. We are looking for a highly detailed and process oriented individual. Ideal candidates are comfortable with creating workflows with the ability to solve problems and assignments. All the while adapting to new and different procedures and business developments when required. Responsibilities
Hospital Support
Work with internal Hospital Demand team to refine onboarding and administrative processes
Obtain clinician compliance and documentation
Create and distill new processes and workflows
Organize workflows and documents for both internal and external purposes
Communicate with clinicians via email and text
Nursa team and Internal growth
Help shape the culture of Nursa and the demand department
Assist in developing systems and processes that drive sales and product development
Contribute to the ongoing success of the team by sharing knowledge and collaborating with other team members
Work cross functionally internally, providing feedback, solving problems and optimizing processes with an emphasis on improving customer experience
Become a Nursa expert
Requirements

Related experience as an administrator in a tech environment preferred.

Highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize a wide range of tasks
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn quickly; experience with documents, excel/sheets, emails, Salesforce, Tableau.
