Position Summary
Numerica is currently diversifying its product portfolio by adding radar sensor systems to the target tracking software we have licensed for many years. To accomplish this, we are establishing a manufacturing capability in Fort Collins, CO for our radar product line. Our Strategic Sourcing / Logistics role therefore offers a one-time opportunity for a supply chain expert to “get in on the ground floor” at a small, established company as we evolve toward greater impact for our national defense customers. Our Strategic Sourcing / Logistics Specialist will collaborate with other members of our production team and company management to establish a high-performance manufacturing capability at Numerica, with significant opportunities for ownership throughout the process.
The Strategic Sourcing / Logistics Specialist will be a highly trained supply chain expert, a creative problem solver, a strong communicator, and a solid strategist, with a demonstrated ability to operate in the presence of ambiguity. The Strategic Sourcing / Logistics Specialist will be responsible for maintaining Numerica’s standard of excellence and delivering products with the utmost attention to quality.

Security Requirements
Because of the nature of the work performed by Numerica, all applicants must be capable of obtaining a U.S. security clearance. At a minimum, candidates must have U.S. citizenship with a personal history indicating trustworthiness, reliability, and sound judgment (e.g., clean criminal record, reasonable credit, no use of illegal drugs, etc.).
Expected salary range: $68,000 – $95,000 plus opportunities for significant incentive compensation.
