We are currently seeking a Total Rewards M&A, Senior Director – REMOTE role in the US to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Total Rewards M&A, Senior Director
The Total Rewards M&A Senior Director is part of the Human Resources team supporting NTT Mergers and Acquisitions. Responsible for researching the target company, its total reward practices, and presenting findings, recommendations and risk assessment for the potential merger and acquisition prospect to senior leadership. Possesses deep industry knowledge in the fields of total rewards to include compensation, benefits, recognition, country based statutory requirements, policies, job theory, market practice, cost management. Collects and synthesizes large amounts of total reward data on the prospect and becomes highly knowledgeable on the competitive landscape within the geography of consideration. Prepares side by side assessments and customized presentations for business executive teams.
Enables successful transaction execution and integration, through the formulation of integrations and harmonization strategies/approaches. Supports the overall HR integration and actively drives the total rewards portion of the process. Constructs and actively communicates with cross-functional departments and M&A team in support of the diligence and integration activities.
Remote based role.
Required Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources or any other related field. Equivalent practical experience of the same is also acceptable for the position.

Communication Skills:Communication skills, both in written and verbal form are imperative. The quality and clarity of communication with these prospective mergers and acquisitions may be the determinant of the success or failure of the transaction. Requires excellent communication skills in interactions with senior M&A management and other collaborating personnel. Also requires exceptional communication skills in drafting analyses reports for senior M&A management, which must be clear, comprehensive, exhaustive, and easy-to-understand in order to facilitate appropriate decision-making in sensitive merger and acquisition matters.
Ms Office/Software:The candidate must also demonstrate proficiency in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint, which will be necessary for the creation of both visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations for senior M&A management and collaborating personnel.
Research and Analytical Skills:Demonstrated passion for analytics and the insights realized from processing raw information and data. Possesses strong research, analytical modeling, and technical skills as well as strong skills in the use of relational database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and Sybase.
Interpersonal Skills:The candidate for the position must have exceptional research skills, have an enthusiasm for making connections with new people, be a good team player, be a self-starter with outstanding work ethic, and have a keen eye for detail. He must also work comfortably in a group/cross-functional setting, have excellent problem solving skills, and have an ability to remain calm in the face of uncertainty, inspiring the same in collaborating personnel and prospective mergers and acquisitions.
People Skills:As a representative of the business to prospective mergers and acquisitions, the M&A Analyst must be a confident but approachable and likable individual who portrays a similar image of the business, hence inspiring trust in prospective mergers and acquisitions and subsequently enabling the execution of the transaction.
