We are currently seeking a Technical Services Writer to join our team in Newark, Delaware (US-DE), United States (US).
As a Technical Services Writer, you will facilitate the proposal response by coordination with team members to develop and communicate win strategy and themes. The Technical Services Writer will oversee the preparation of responses to requests for proposals and services, ensuring all mandatory and rated criteria are met by leveraging internal assets to build a compelling and innovative solution.
Primary Job Responsibilities
* Understand, Gathering and Prepare the requirements for responding to solicitations.
* Works with internal teams to understand customer requirements and to create compelling, compliant and efficient proposal deliverables.
* Ability to elaborate on the details of a project.
* Conducts win themes sessions and proposal storyboarding successfully to build the storyline for the proposal response.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of a minimum 5 years education and work experience
* Minimum 4 years of business analysis experience and technical writing/editing experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Thorough knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies
* Thorough knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies, and objectives
* Related technical certifications in cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data management, or software development is a plus.
* Able to interview technical professionals and produce materials supporting technical processes.
* Experience working in a team environment while making everyone accountable for their tasks as per the RACI
* Must possess technical writing, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
* Must possess strong command over English language.

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $66,000 to $85,000.
