We are a manufacturing plant with employees in 23 states. Looking for candidates with experience in manufacturing, tools, construction, or other skilled labor industries. The HR Generalist is strictly HR (no payroll or benefits responsibilities – those are handled by other departments). As HR Generalist, you will be the main contact and support as an employee advocate and business partner for 200 employees. This position will not have any direct reports, it is an HR department of one. Dependability is crucial and necessary. This position is responsible for all aspects of HR including but not limited to: recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, OSHA 300A logs and recording. Assisting HR Director with FMLA, Workers Compensation, training, manager guidance, discipline actions, documentation, contract review (as needed), and reporting.

NPI uses Paycom HRIS/HCM software for timekeeping, Payroll, applicant tracking, hiring, offer letter generation, and personnel management. Your HR Director will be available to assist you as a team, to not only support and encourage you, but also provide the tools, and guidance you may need. You must be skilled and fluent in using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
