Novo Health Services Looking for IT Support Technician at Atlanta, GA Full Time

Responsible for performing system administration including adding/removing computers, updating rights to shared network, installation of network, etc.; and providing the first contact for users requiring support or technical computer systems assistance, and operations procedures to support the computing environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Travel to remote sites to fix network and software related issues that cannot be managed remotely.

· Network System Administration – Performs regular system administration including adding/removing users, securing rights to shared network services, data and resources, installation of network systems components.

· Systems Support – Provides first line end user support for information management systems and technology, including Internet services and the local area network.

· Provides technical guidance, advice, and training to system users. Install new versions of personal computer software. Responsible with the rest of the IT staff for the maintenance and operation of the Help Desk tracking system.

· Training – Develop and coordinate an overall software applications training curriculum for end users of all levels.

• Other administrative tasks as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• · An associate degree in MIS or related field is preferred accompanied by 5 years relative experience in the IT industry.
• Experienced with hardware and software (Zebra printers a plus, along with Microsoft Office 365)
• Experienced in Cyber Security, Active Directory and Azure (Cloud), Phone Systems (VOIP)
• Customer Service Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 – $56,000.00 per year
