The Integrated Marketing Organization, is instrumental in driving both brand and Marketing strategies, leveraging a cross-functional suite of peers to orchestrate communications and campaigns for optimal impact across key customer audiences. Partnering with communications and campaigns for optimal impact across key customer audiences. Partnering with peers in the Product and Customer Engagement Organizations, this team is adept at identifying synergies, enabling business-critical transformation and modeling what is looks like to be curious, inspired and unbossed. Each day, the Marketing Organization will collaborate and innovate to get more medicines, faster, into the hands of the people that need them most.
Job Purpose:
The Associate Director, P2P Marketing will be responsible for consistent delivery of best-in-class HCP education for Breast & Women’s Cancers within Integrated Marketing and Customer Experience, IM. This includes applying Novartis HCP Education capabilities, customer, brand insight to design and deliver HCP educational experiences that educate, engage, and help HCPs gain comfort in appropriately prescribing Novartis products. This role will be responsible operational support of increases and decreases in demand and supporting ad-hoc HCP education programs and projects as needed.
This role will be responsible for day-to-day delivery of HCP education programs that achieve the over-all strategy and defined metrics. The role will also share operational insights and knowledge from the HCP education effort to the Breast and Women’s Cancers cross-functional team to improve impact. This role will also be responsible for defining key performance standards and driving effective and efficient approaches in HCP education delivery.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Serve as an integrator across teams and functions, partnering closely with HCP marketers, Customer Experience, Product and cross-functional teams to effectively operationalize and deliver HCP education programs.
* Consistently apply industry best practices and ways of working to deliver leading HCP education
* Actively provide feedback on the Novartis roadmap for successful engagements with HCPs to improve overall impact and customer experience.
* Partner closely with HCP facing functions and teams to achieve HCP education objectives and deliver an integrated education experience, including across the field.
* Partner effectively with the HCP Marketer and the Customer Engagement teams to support HCP Education and field communication and training activities, as appropriate
This position will be located at the East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. This position will require 20% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international).”

Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; Master of Science, and/or MBA preferred
Experience:
*Minimum of 5years of experience in commercial or strategy organization preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or other regulated industry.
*Contributing to the build of scalable P2P education with proven ability to implement and scale that education across various channels preferred.
*Demonstrated ability to build strong business collaborative relationships with various stakeholders and work effectively on a team.
*Ability to develop and deliver resources / programs / tactics on time, on scope, on budget,
*Strong financial acumen

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $158,400 and $237,600 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/22 through 12/31/22, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
