The Associate Director, Enterprise Functions Business Planning & Analysis will support and partner with IMUS (Innovative Medicines US) Enterprise Functions providing financial and analytical support for key business initiatives and financial performance management.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Liaise with key stakeholders to proactively manage Functional expense plans. Communicate risk and opportunity assessments. Recommend and deploy action plans to achieve targets.
*Manage assigned Functional area financial planning and reporting processes. Drive operational efficiency and standardization, enabling consistency across Enterprise Functions.
*Lead cost/impact financial analysis of Functional programs and initiatives, as appropriate.
*Provide financial guidance and expertise to Function leadership. Draw on best practices to embody a high-performance, cross-functional culture.
*Support Enterprise and Functional transformation initiatives.
*Lead and/or contribute to other ad-hoc initiatives, as needed.
This position will be located at the East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. Please note that this role would not provide relocation and only local candidates will be considered.

Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
*Bachelor’s degree required; degree area in Finance or Accounting preferred; MBA a plus
*5+ years finance experience, preferably in Pharmaceuticals. BPA experience is preferred
*Proven ability to liaise with business partners, understand business complexity, and offer insights
*Ability to innovate to provide solutions for unmet internal customer needs
*Experience with simplification and standardization
*Excellent communication skills, ability to convey financial information to non-finance colleagues
*Expense forecasting, budget management, and reporting; experience with capital projects a plus
*Strong relationship building and cross functional collaboration
*Excel power use; knowledge of SAP BW, BPC, Qlik a plus
*Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and external factors impacting the market

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $118,400.00 and $177,600.00 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/22 through 12/31/22, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
