Job Responsibilities:

- Ensures efficient help desk functions to end users and provides consistent communication on ticket progress until resolved;
- Ensures operations of the networks and applications, which includes, but is not limited to, Microsoft 365, DNS, Windows domain environment, VMWare infrastructure, active directory, switches, routers, firewalls, Cisco data and network security devices, VPN, virus protection and spam filtering;
- Communicates changes of policies, procedures, and practices to assigned teams to ensure ITO team members and other Credit Union employees are appropriately trained and kept up to date with appropriate changes;
- Efficiently and effectively maintains all aspects of the Credit Union telecommunications systems and lines by ensuring systems throughout the Credit Union are operating effectively;
- Consistently engages in recommendations, research, analysis, and implementation of enhancements to further promote the Credit Union Culture and our High Tech, High Touch standard of excellence;
- Effectively monitors and manages third party vendor relationships and holds vendors accountable to established goals and performance expectations;
- Assists the ITO Manager with planning and leading the overall direction and performance of the ITO team including training and department budget requirements;
- Assists ITO Manager in the planning, training, and testing of the Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plan to ensure its effectiveness; and
- Proficiently performs job duties in a telecommuting environment.
