ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Works with Supervision/Management to determine the new employee’s training needs. Will create development plans, coach’s new hires actively to ensure they are trained adequately.
QUALIFICATIONS
Include minimum qualifications for formal training, education, certifications, licensures, and/or working experience. Identify the level of knowledge; skills, and/or abilities (KSAs) required to perform the essential job responsibilities and duties competently.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: |
High School Diploma or Equivalent |
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: |
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. SME/Certified Machine Operator Preferred. Manufacturing experience/Lean Manufacturing Knowledge Preferred. |
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: |
1-4 years manufacturing or distribution experience. |
SKILLS/ABILITIES: |
Ability to trouble shoot, attention to detail, technologically savvy, team player, good communicator, great listening skills, flexible to new ideas and learning opportunities, reliable, multi-tasker, takes and follows direction. |

No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions. Position is primarily M-F schedule but working hours will be highly flexible. (Any day/shift) |
