The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of CNC machines, ensuring the production of parts that meet our quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines, such as mills and lathes, according to job specifications and blueprints
• Load materials into machines and monitor the machining process
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize efficiency and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will have:

• a high school diploma or equivalent
• proven experience as a CNC Operator
• proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• familiarity with CNC machine operation and maintenance
• strong attention to detail and precision
• excellent problem-solving skills
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• basic computer skills
• prior experience with Fanuc or Haas controls is a plus
