The Marketing Manager will project manage multiple full digital life cycle innovative marketing programs and initiatives, developed in part to help increase brand awareness, through consideration and conversion campaigns. This position will work across multiple service lines, locations and departments across the enterprise such as Marketing, Operations, Patient Experience, Public Relations, and Social Media, as well as external digital agencies and vendors.
Essential Job Duties
Help to develop marketing plans that include: digital objectives, strategies, and programs designed to establish awareness, brand reputation, and consideration/conversion tactics.
Ability to project manage multiple digital projects (Website/Campaign launches, Metrics) with multiple stakeholders, such as service lines, locations, IT, and external agencies/vendors.
Experience managing and launching Digital projects and campaigns across multiple platforms. (Web, Mobile, SEO/SEM, Paid Search, Display).
Strong knowledge of website analytics, campaign management tools and dashboard programs such as Web Trends, Google Tag Manager & Power BI.
Ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources across digital marketing campaigns (i.e. email, display, search, social, video, mobile) for the following criteria: open rates, click through rates, response rates, web site conversions, etc.
Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting that informs and supports marketing departments’ business needs.
Analysis and interpretation of metrics and campaign results, and being able to formulate key insights and actionable recommendations.
Assist the Digital Marketing Director with developing and implementing digital department processes.
Performs all duties inherent to managerial role. Participates in hiring, training, evaluation and termination of assigned staff according to hospital policies and procedures.
Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.

Work Experience
A minimum 8-10 years digital marketing experience with a corporation or advertising agency.

Must have outstanding interpersonal and communications skills, a proven track record of success.

Working knowledge in CRM, Marketing Automation and Analytics tools.

Demonstrated experience in synthesizing data into stories.

Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently, and to be able to communicate directly with various personnel at the hospital such as physicians, their staff and other healthcare professionals.

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook).

Must be skilled at executing within tight timeframes with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability for flexibility in scheduling, as some evenings and weekends may be required.
