IT System Support I – FD&C

As an Information Technology System Support I you will modify new and existing programs and systems for business or patient care needs. You will be responsible for maintenance of operating systems and/or applications. In addition you will determine user specifications for hardware and software needs while working independently in a professional, high-tech environment to oversee sophisticated/specialty technology.

**This position is located 100% on-site and will require some travel to various NYP locations.

Preferred Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• Experience providing tier I support to end users

Required Criteria

• Technical Certification or Associate’s Degree
• At least one year of relevant work experience
