Position Responsibilities

          Accounts Payable and Receivable

          Monthly and yearly closing of books

          Filing Data entry

          Answering Phones

          Processing the mail etc

          Working Paper Preparation

          Complete Reconciliations

Skills

          Microsoft (Preferred)

          Sag50 or QuickBooks (Preferred)

          English, Mandarin (Preferred)
