About the Role
Our practice continues to grow. We’re looking for a full-time consultant to fill a hybrid HR leadership role (remote with periodic client site visits). You will be counted on to serve a valued client based in the greater Los Angeles area. Reporting to a seasoned NLR HR executive consultant and collaborating closely with a senior client executive for internal direction and guidance, you will lead and manage a hands-on Human Resources function to enhance and optimize the people operations function across the client’s company.
In this setting, you will manage a blended team of internal and outsourced HR professionals while guiding the client’s HR function and enabling the client to continue to attract, empower, and retain an amazing and entrepreneurial team in a multi-site, hybrid environment. Your work will be central to improving and scaling their ability to make a genuine difference to their clients and workforce. As a collaborative business partner with strong business acumen, you will lead all aspects of HR and create trusted, value-added relationships across all levels of the organization.
