THE OPPORTUNITY

The mission of the Marketing Coordinator is to plan, execute and track marketing campaigns directed at maximizing company profits. As a Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for four primary categories of activity:

• Creative Submissions
• Financial Reporting
• Invoice Approvals
• Administrative Management

The Marketing Coordinator position is a full time, salaried, exempt position. This is an “all in” position that requires evening and weekend availability, and willingness to respond to texts, emails and calls outside of standard office hours.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with creative teams to gather campaign assets

• Set up tracking link campaigns and html creative with 99.9999% accuracy

• Schedule, prepare and submit campaign materials to vendors

• Proof and QA campaigns to ensure 100% error free execution

• Maintain and update financial reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

• Review and approve invoices for correct and timely vendor payment

• Collaborate and interact with all levels of management

• Document our processes and train new employees

• Perform other duties as deemed necessary in a timely manner

Previous digital marketing experience is NOT required for this position. We will train you on the skills needed for this position, but you need to already have the core values, competencies, attitude and willingness to learn and succeed.

Please let us know if you have experience in any of the following areas: affiliate marketing, performance marketing, digital media buying, Wordpress administration, copywriting, landing page creation, native advertising, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, link tracking software, email marketing, direct response or email automation marketing.

• Compensation. Competitive yearly salary depends on experience. This position is eligible to participate in generous yearly merit and performance-based bonuses.

• Location. In the Tampa, Florida area is preferred, but we will consider a non-local hire for the right candidate, as we already have non-local employees.

• Remote Work. We are a fully remote workforce, and you will work from a dedicated home workspace.

• Health Insurance. We provide you with a $350 per month health insurance stipend for you to apply towards the healthcare coverage of your choice.

• Paid Time Off. We provide you with a total of eighteen (18) days of PTO per year which is comprised of ten personal days and eight paid holidays.

• Company Equipment. You will be provided with an Apple MacBook Pro laptop, 27-inch LG UltraFine 5K high-resolution display monitor, Apple mouse, keyboard and other computer accessories for your use in your home workspace.
