Provide a variety of compliance support to Nesco client programs. Responsible for managing compliance programs and processes which detect and prevent non-compliance and promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with the law.

Primary Responsibilities
Lead onboarding and audit responses on behalf of Nesco, review and analysis of business case, and due diligence questionnaire responses auditing.
Manage Compliance Assistant teams and responsible for drug and background process.
Investigator for investigation of relevant matters raised.
Training lead for compliance training given to Nesco personnel.
Compliance for life-cycle management processes related to contractual changes on programs and new programs awarded.
Track and audit processes and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.

Successful Candidate Attributes:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
Passion for compliance and ethics, as well as process efficiency.
Ability to communicate in a transparent and timely manner.
Experience working for an enterprise in Compliance, EEO, Internal Audits, and Drug & Backgrounds.
Ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing) and influence varied stakeholders.
Experience participating in internal investigations focused on ethics, legal and best business practices.
Experience creating or executing real-time or near-time monitoring procedures to detect and prevent legal and or company policies.
Demonstrated ability to define challenges, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Demonstrated ability to train employees at all levels.
Ability to interpret policies, contracts, and laws and apply them to business activities.
Attention to detail.
Must have a strong technical aptitude.
