Nesco Resource, LLC Looking for Manufacturing Associate – 3rd Shift at Troy, MI Full Time

Nesco Resource is seeking Manufacturing Associates for metal forming manufacturer in Troy.

Shift: 3rd Shift, 10:00 pm – 6:00 am, Sunday – Thursday (overtime as production demands)

Pay: $16.42/hr. + $.40 shift premium with an increase after 90 days

Responsibilities:

• Primary duties includes metal press coating and operating heavy machinery
• Operate machine to coat metal material
• Follow blueprint to determine machine adjustments and material requirements
• Inspect workpiece for defects
• Use of hand tools including gage, caliper, micrometer, and other instruments to determine machine accuracy
• Knowledge of Plexus & Quality System maintenance
• Coating cycle of heat and lots
• Systematic operations for time control of machinery
• Communication with team as needed
• Coating cycle control of heavy machines
• Adhere to all company safety standards, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience, preferred but not required
• Press Operation experience
• Metal Folding Machine Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of Safety Protocols
• Ability to lift up to 35Ibs
• Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas including Hi-lo & Crane operations
• Ability to stand for 10 hours or more
• Reliable attendance is Mandatory
• Must be able to train on day shift for 3-4 weeks
