Job Description*
Our Ideal Candidate Will: *

• Prepare assigned monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
• Analyze and explain account fluctuations
• Reconcile Salesforce and NetSuite order values and investigate and correct any variances
• Prepare and post assigned JE’s
• Manage the billing que and coordinate with Sales Ops and customers as needed to ensure customers are billed timely and accurately
• Manage and respond to customer billing questions
• Provider required backup such as JE’s, B/S account reconciliations, variance analysis, GL detail, customer invoices, PO’s, contracts, and signed sales orders requested for the annual audit and quarterly reviews
• Special projects as assigned

Qualifications*
Required Skills & Experience: *

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business highly preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
• NetSuite or similar ERP system experience
• Advanced Excel skills a must
• Strong written and oral communication skills required
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
