National VIP Looking for IT Support at Guaynabo, PR Full Time

We are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team! National VIP helps to manage multiple medical businesses in the United States.

The IT Specialist will provide technical support to maintain the company’s computer systems, both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity.

Job Requirements:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software

• Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically

• Log bugs and enhancement requests

• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed

• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company

• Escalate incidents to the IT Team and work in conjunction with them to resolve situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken communication, motivated, and organized.

• A great attitude, motivated, coachable and want a successful career in the IT space.

• Attention to detail.

• Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, autonomous self-starter, and self-taught.

• Experience troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of computer systems (desktop/Laptop and server), hardware, and peripherals.

Experience: Entry Level
